Our story begins with my grandfather, Don Smith, who proudly operated Don's Appliance Repair for more than 40 years. He built his reputation one customer at a time by providing HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, FAST, and AFFORDABLE service while treating every home with the same care and respect he would his own. His commitment to integrity earned the trust of generations of families, and when we put our first service truck on the road, we made a commitment to carry on that same legacy.
You'll notice our name is Kevin Smith Appliance Repairs for a reason. Our mission is to repair your appliance whenever it is practical and economical to do so. Our technicians are never compensated for selling new appliances or overly priced service agreements. Instead, we provide accurate diagnostics, honest recommendations, affordable repair options, and let you decide what's best for your home and budget without pressure or sales tactics.
As we've grown to serve all of Southwest Florida, we've remained committed to the values that started it all. We've invested in factory-authorized training, professional technicians, and industry-leading diagnostic equipment while maintaining the personalized service that only a family-owned business can provide. This includes detailed documentation, photos, and videos.

When you choose a factory-authorized service provider, you're choosing a company trusted, trained, and certified by the manufacturer to repair your appliance to their standards. Our technicians receive ongoing manufacturer training, follow factory repair procedures, have access to tech sheets, follow all service bulletins, and use genuine OEM parts always. This allows us to provide expert warranty and non-warranty repairs with the confidence and quality you deserve.
ADDITIONAL BRANDS SERVICED
Our expertise doesn't stop with factory authorization. We also have 3rd party certification and provide professional repair services for many other trusted appliance brands. Whether your appliance is in a manufacture warranty, an extended 3rd party warranty, or has no warranty; you can expect honest diagnostics, quality workmanship, and dependable service backed by years of experience. SERVICE CHARGE
We believe in transparent pricing with no surprises!
Your $100 service charge includes travel to your home, a complete diagnostic evaluation, a detailed explanation of the problem, and either corrective education or a repair estimate. If you move forward with the repair, we'll discount this charge off the total repair cost.
Have multiple appliances needing attention? No problem! We offer a discounted diagnostic rate of $50 for each additional appliance inspected during the same service visit.
