Repair Summary
Checked washer for unbalanced operation. Upon arrival, found the suspension rods were very weak. Replaced the suspension assemblies and adjusted the front leveling feet, as the washer was not properly leveled. Tested with a load of towels using Drain and Spin and verified the washer is now spinning and draining properly with no unbalanced condition or other issues at this time.
