Model: RF30BB620012AA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33993 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for weak cooling. Upon arrival, found the freezer temperature hovering around 21°F. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed no error codes. Verified the compressor and all fans were operating properly. Inspected the compressor and sealed-system area and found no traces of oil. Bubble tested all accessible connections and found no bubbles or visible refrigerant leaks. Based on the cooling performance and current findings, the unit may have a sealed-system restriction or an internal refrigerant leak within the cabinet that is not externally accessible. Will proceed with a sealed-system repair and pressure test to further diagnose the issue. Ordering necessary parts.

Ran diagnostics and found errors related to the humidity sensor and main board communication. Also found the ice maker was not receiving water. Addressed the door-open indication by replacing the reed switch that showed the greatest delay in recognizing the door as closed; however, a delay was still present, which could contribute to the communication error. Ordered the main control board, humidity sensor, and display board. Returned and installed the main control board, display/fascia assemblies, and humidity sensor. Tested operation and verified the refrigerator is now operating properly with no additional issues. Confirmed the ice maker is also producing ice. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: MRU21C7BST Location: Fort Myers, FL 33912 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for the door gasket not sealing properly. Upon arrival, found the upper door sagging on one side, causing the gasket to leave a gap. Lifted and realigned the door, then tightened all hinge screws. Verified the door is now level and closes properly with the gasket sealing completely around the opening. Customer also showed a similar concern with the lower door. Adjusted the lower door gasket as much as possible and advised the customer to monitor it. Uploaded before-and-after video documenting the upper door adjustment and corrected gasket seal.

Model: MEDB765FC0 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33966 Repair Summary Checked dryer for a burning smell. Upon inspection, immediately found an F4E1 error code indicating the heater relay was not supplying proper voltage to the heating circuit. Inspected the terminal block and found no signs of burning or damage; however, the burning smell became noticeably stronger near the main control board. Removed the rear cover and found burned wiring along with damaged/burned relays on the main control board. Ordered a new wire harness and main control board. Returned and replaced both components. Cleaned the interior of the dryer, reassembled the unit, and tested operation. Verified the dryer is now operating and heating properly with no additional issues. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: MVW620HC3 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33966 Repair Summary Checked washer for an intermittent Long Fill error. Customer stated the washer will display the Long Fill message, stop the cycle, and drain the water. Tested the water valve three times and was unable to duplicate the issue. Customer also stated she could run a Clean cycle successfully, but the error may return the following day. Explained that the water-level pressure sensor is integrated into the main control board, so the intermittent issue could be caused by either the main board not properly calling for water or a failing water inlet valve. Ordered both components and provided the customer with repair options. Returned and replaced the water inlet valve and main control board. Tested operation and verified the washer is filling and operating properly with no errors at this time. Unit checks normal.

Model: RF260BEAESG/AA Location: Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon arrival, checked for error codes and found none. Cycled the ice maker and verified it harvested the ice that was present and then filled with water properly. Inspected the display settings and found the ice maker was set to the Off position. Turned the ice maker back on and made the customer aware of the findings. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production to resume. No other issues found at this time.

Model: LSEL6333F/00 Location: Naples, FL 34108 Repair Summary Checked cooktop for burners not regulating heat properly. Upon arrival, found both front burners were heating but would not regulate correctly. Disassembled the cooktop and found only one of the required regulators was available. Replaced one regulator and made the customer aware that the remaining parts would need to be reordered. Customer also reported that the rear right burner was not regulating properly. Additional regulators are needed for the front right and rear right burners. The warranty company will order the additional parts, ship them to the customer, and create a new service ticket to complete the remaining repairs.

Model: CVE28DP2NS1 Location: LaBelle, FL 33935 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, found the unit was still set to Demo Mode. Customer stated this refrigerator was previously a floor model and Demo Mode had never been disabled. Disabled Demo Mode and verified the compressor and fans immediately started operating properly. Advised the customer to monitor the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours to ensure proper cooling temperatures are reached. Followed up with the customer, who confirmed the refrigerator is now cooling and working properly. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: ME21DG6300SRAA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33991 Repair Summary Checked microwave for a scraping/popping noise when opening the door. Took a video documenting the noise before the repair. Upon inspection, found the corner of a plastic component barely catching against the metal frame as the door was opened. Carefully trimmed the corner slightly to provide proper clearance. Reassembled the vent cover and verified the modification is not visible once the unit is assembled. Tested the door multiple times and confirmed it now opens and closes smoothly with no scraping, popping, or other abnormal noises. Showed the customer the completed repair and took an after-repair video documenting proper operation. Unit checks normal at this time.
