    Model: GTD45EASJ4WS Location: Ave Maria, FL 34142 Repair Summary Replaced the damaged lid that was sent to the customer. Tested the dryer after the repair and verified the unit is heating and operating properly at this time.

  • Whirlpool Washer - Noisy & Overfilling

    Model: WTW4816FW3 Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 Repair Summary Checked washer for noise and excessive water filling. Upon inspection, found the cam clutch broken and the motor rusted due to water leaking from the failed tub bearing. Determined the washer would require a complete tub job along with replacement of the affected components and the main control board for the required software update. The warranty company reviewed the repair and elected to proceed with a buyout rather than repair the unit.

  • Samsung Washer - Noisy

    Model: WF50A8800AV/US Location: Cape Coral, FL 33993 Repair Summary Checked washer for a noise complaint, especially during the spin cycle. Rotated the drum by hand and found the tub bearing is faulty and excessively loud. Ran HASS diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The Overall Check passed; however, the tub bearing remains mechanically defective (see attached video). A complete tub repair will be required.

  • Samsung Fridge - Gasket Not Sealing

    Model: RF30BB6600QLAA Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33972 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for the upper freezer door gasket not sealing properly. Upon inspection, found the freezer drawer rails damaged. Replaced the damaged rails and tested operation. Verified the freezer drawer now opens and closes properly and the gasket is sealing correctly. Educated the tenants on avoiding overloading the freezer to help prevent future damage to the drawer rails. Uploaded before-and-after videos showing the gasket sealing properly.

  • Samsung Fridge - Low Ice Production

    Model: RS27T5200SR/AA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33993 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for low ice production. Customer stated this has been an issue since they moved in. Checked temperatures and verified they are within the proper range. Ran HASS diagnostics and found no cooling errors. The Weak Cooling Test passed. Found a small amount of frost around the ice maker, but not enough to prevent it from harvesting properly. Replaced the ice maker to address the low ice production concern. Ran the HASS Overall Check and submitted passing results to Samsung. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production.

  • Samsung Microwave - No Heat

    Model: ME11A7710DS/AA Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 Repair Summary Checked microwave for no heat. Obtained a signed waiver before removing the microwave for inspection. Found a blown fuse on the noise filter. Replaced the noise filter, capacitor, diode, magnetron, and cooling fan. Noted moisture and oil buildup inside the unit due to frequent kitchen use. The customer had already removed the upper vent prior to arrival, allowing the microwave to be safely removed and reinstalled. Tested operation after completing the repairs and verified the microwave is heating and operating properly with no issues.

  • Whirlpool Fridge - Ice Issues / Torn Gaskets

    Model: WRX735SDHZ08 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33993 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for intermittent ice production and torn door gaskets. Upon inspection, found ice buildup underneath the ice bin. The buildup could have been caused by the ice maker overfilling or a leak from the ice maker assembly. Tested the ice maker and did not duplicate any leaking or overfilling at this time. Replaced the ice maker and fill tube. Cycled the ice maker and verified it filled properly with no leaks (see video). Also replaced both upper refrigerator door gaskets and verified proper sealing. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production.

  • Samsung Fridge - No Cool

    Model: RF28T5001SR/AA Location: Naples, FL 34119 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, found the unit plugged in but with no airflow and the compressor not running. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed the refrigerator had not been cooling for over a week and had an 84C error code indicating a locked compressor. The inverter board was also flashing four LEDs, indicating an inverter-related fault. Determined the unit required a new compressor and main control board. Returned and installed the ordered components. Pressure tested the sealed system with 200 PSI of nitrogen and verified minimal pressure loss, resulting in a passing pressure test. Evacuated the system to approximately 600 microns and recharged it according to factory specifications. Restored power and verified the compressor and all fans started properly. Set the temperatures accordingly and advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for proper cooling temperatures to be reached. Unit checks normal at this time.

  • Samsung Fridge - No Ice

    Model: RF90F29AECEAA Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33976 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Ran the HASS Weak Cooling Test, which failed. Inspected the compressor area and found a refrigerant leak at the condenser Lokring connection. Replaced the leaking Lokring connection and filter drier. Pressure tested the sealed system with 350 PSI of nitrogen and recorded a 2 PSI pressure drop over 15 minutes, confirming the repair was successful. Evacuated the sealed system to a deep vacuum and recharged the refrigerator with the factory-specified refrigerant charge. Tested operation and verified the refrigerator is cooling properly. Advised the customer to allow up to 24 hours for temperatures to return to normal and ice production to resume. Unit checks normal at this time.

  • Samsung Dryer - Noisy

    Model: DVE50BG8300VA3 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33914 Repair Summary Checked dryer for a noise complaint. Tested operation and found the drum scraping against the right side panel. Disassembled the dryer and determined the side panel was not the cause. Found the front portion of the drum had a noticeable wobble and appeared to be out of round (see video). Inspected the drum rollers and front bearing and found no obvious damage, but ordered them as a precaution. Returned and replaced the drum and front drum assembly. Tested operation and verified the scraping noise is no longer present (see video). Ran the HASS Overall Check and submitted a passing report to Samsung.
