Bosch Dishwasher - Loose Door Handle

Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for a loose door handle concern. Upon arrival, began disassembling the unit to access the outer door and handle assembly. Removed the kick plate first because a rubber gasket attached to the outer door must be released from that area before the outer door can be properly removed. Customer questioned the procedure and requested that the kick plate screws be reinstalled before continuing. Reinstalled the screws as requested, then removed the handle screws and began explaining and demonstrating why further door disassembly was necessary to properly access and repair the handle. At that time, the customer decided he did not want the repair performed and stated he preferred to leave the dishwasher as is. Reassembled all components and returned the unit to its original condition. No repairs were performed per customer request.
