Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for not powering on. Verified proper voltage to the unit. Connected SmartHQ and found an error indicating multiple resets, with no other error codes present. SmartHQ showed a software update specifically addressing this issue (see pictures). Completed the software update and tested operation. Also disconnected and reconnected the display connection at the main board, which restored the display. Unit is now powering on and operating properly. No broken wires were found during inspection; however, these units are known to develop wiring issues. If the problem returns, the main control board and door harness may need to be replaced.
