Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for error code 0000 displayed on the control panel. Upon arrival, found the food inside the refrigerator had melted due to the cooling interruption. Verified the 0000 error indicated a communication issue between the main control board and display. Reprogrammed the display/control system and cleared the communication error. Tested refrigerator operation after programming and verified the unit is now operating properly. Unit checks normal at this time.
