GE Fridge - Freezer Door Issues

Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for ice falling out of the freezer and the freezer door not closing properly. Upon inspection, found a thick sheet of ice buildup on the freezer floor caused by a frozen drain tube. Provided the customer with an estimate for the additional labor, which was approved. Removed the ice buildup and cleared the frozen drain tube. Tested the drain and verified water is now flowing and draining properly. Checked the freezer door gasket and verified it is sealing and closing properly. Unit checks normal at this time.
