GE Fridge - Ice Maker Overfilling

Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the ice maker overfilling. Upon inspection, found the ice maker operating as designed. Educated the customer that the ice bin must fill high enough for the ice to contact the shutoff lever before ice production will stop. Pictures and videos taken upon arrival show the ice maker had properly stopped production once the ice reached the shutoff lever. Removed the ice that was holding the lever in the off position, dispensed the ice from the tray, and cycled the ice maker. Verified it cycled properly with no issues. Unit is working as designed at this time.
