Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the bottom section not cooling properly. Upon arrival, found the evaporator fan motor not running and temperatures in the lower section warmer than normal. Observed the fan intermittently turning on and off, confirming a faulty evaporator fan motor. Replaced the evaporator fan motor and tested operation. Verified the new fan is now running properly. Advised the customer not to block the lower air vents to ensure proper airflow and cooling. Unit checks normal at this time.
