Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, found the unit was still set to Demo Mode. Customer stated this refrigerator was previously a floor model and Demo Mode had never been disabled. Disabled Demo Mode and verified the compressor and fans immediately started operating properly. Advised the customer to monitor the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours to ensure proper cooling temperatures are reached. Followed up with the customer, who confirmed the refrigerator is now cooling and working properly. Unit checks normal at this time.
