Repair Summary
Checked washer for no spin cycle. Upon arrival, started a spin cycle and verified the drain pump activated, but the washer would not begin spinning. Removed the front panel and connected the GE service tool, which showed an active pressure switch error. Cleared the drain hose and retested the washer; the unit spun one time, but the pressure switch error returned. Determined the pressure switch circuit has failed and, on this model, is integrated into the main control board. Main control board will need to be replaced. Warranty company was notified and will provide the required part to the customer for completion of the repair.
