Repair Summary
Checked washer for not draining. Connected diagnostics and found active error codes related to the drain pump and inverter board. Based on the diagnostic results, advised the customer that the repair would require replacement of the drain pump, main control board, and inverter board, as the main control and inverter operate together as paired control boards. Provided the customer with an estimate for the required repairs. Customer declined the repair and elected to replace the washer instead.
