Repair Summary
Checked washer for not draining. Upon inspection, found the drain pump burned out and also damaged the main control board. Replaced both components that were sent for the repair and tested operation. Verified the washer is now draining properly and uploaded a video documenting the repair. Recommended that the customer run a Clean Washer cycle to help remove any debris or residue from water that had been sitting in the tub. Unit checks normal at this time.
