GE Washer - Not Filling Properly

Repair Summary
Checked washer for concern of not filling with enough water. Ran diagnostics and verified the washer passed the pressure switch test with no error codes present. Found the customer has only cold water connected to both the hot and cold inlet connections. Customer stated the Deep Fill option does not operate on the Normal cycle and expressed concern that the washer only fills with approximately 3 inches of water. Explained that this water level is normal for this high-efficiency washer and that water levels vary based on the selected cycle and sensed load. Ran the Bulky cycle and demonstrated that this cycle uses a higher water level and automatically adjusts based on the load. Customer stated she prefers to use the Colors cycle rather than Bulky. No mechanical issues found. Unit is operating as designed.
