Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for a BE error code. Upon arrival, ran a test cycle but was unable to duplicate the issue. Customer stated the error typically occurs more than an hour into the cycle. The BE error can be related to excessive suds or the dishwasher being out of balance; however, neither condition was present during the visit. Cleaned the filter and wiped down the turbidity sensor. Based on the intermittent condition, ordered a new turbidity sensor and main control board due to a possible incorrect water/suds reading. Advised the customer to run a Clean cycle and monitor operation. Returned after the customer confirmed the BE error occurred again following the cleaning. Replaced the main control board and turbidity sensor, then ran a test cycle with no error present. Left the dishwasher running on a Normal cycle and advised the customer to monitor for the error returning. Unit was operating properly with no errors at the time of departure.
