Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon arrival, cycled the ice maker and verified it completed the cycle properly. Checked for error codes and found an error related to the ice room cooling fan. Explained the findings to the customer and ordered the necessary parts to complete the repair. No other issues were found and the refrigerator was cooling properly. Returned and installed the new evaporator cover assembly to repair the ice room fan issue. Tested operation, verified all doors were closing properly, and confirmed all ice makers were turned on. All checks passed at this time. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for ice production to begin.
