LG Washer - Unbalanced & Draining Issues

Repair Summary
Checked washer for unbalanced load and not draining concerns. Upon arrival, found the rear access plate had been removed and the tension clamp was missing from the drain hose. Tested the drain pump circuit and found the pump was not receiving voltage from the control board. Determined the washer would require a new drain pump, drain hose clamp, and main control board. No repairs were completed at this time. The warranty company will contact the customer with further resolution instead of proceeding with the repair.
