Repair Summary
Checked dryer for no heat. Upon arrival, verified proper voltage at the outlet. Disassembled the dryer and tested the heating element and thermal cutoffs. Found the heating element faulty while all thermal cutoffs tested properly. Replaced the heating element and tested operation. Verified the dryer is now heating and cycling properly. Customer stated the external dryer vents were recently cleaned. Unit checks normal at this time.
