Repair Summary

Checked dryer for noise while running and no end-of-cycle signal. Upon arrival, found the display/control panel was no longer producing any sound. Attempted to set the sound level to High, but there was still no audible response. Ran the dryer for over 10 minutes and was unable to duplicate any thumping, scraping, or other abnormal noises. Customer has multiple dryer balls inside the drum, which may be contributing to the noise they are hearing. Ordered a new display panel to correct the sound issue. Returned and installed the new display panel. Tested operation and verified the sound and end-of-cycle signal are now working properly. No other issues found and all functions are operating as intended. Made the customer aware of the completed repair.
