Repair Summary

Checked washer for starting a cycle, pausing, and then going directly to Done. Verified proper voltage to the main control board and confirmed the door lock, cam, and actuator were operating and shifting properly. Checked the capacitor microfarad reading and found the capacitor within specifications. While disconnecting the capacitor, found the wire harness separating from the Molex connector, creating an intermittent short and causing the cycle issue. Replaced the wire harness assembly and tested operation. Verified the washer started and completed operation properly, including filling, agitating, draining, and spinning. No additional issues found. Educated the customer on proper use and care. Unit checks normal at this time.
