Maytag Washer - Low-Flow Error

Repair Summary
Checked washer for a recurring low-flow error. Customer recently had new water valves installed at the wall. Upon further inspection, found the wall valves were not labeled and the hot and cold supplies were opposite of what was originally assumed. Also found the cold-water valve at the wall closed, which was causing the low-flow error. Verified both wall valves are functioning properly and providing adequate water pressure (see video). Connected the washer hoses to the correct hot and cold supplies, opened both valves, and tested the washer multiple times. Verified proper hot and cold water flow with no additional low-flow errors. Unit is working properly at this time.
