Maytag Washer - Not Completing Cycles & Noisy

Repair Summary
Checked washer for not progressing through cycles and making abnormal noises. Upon inspection, found the actuator was no longer shifting properly between gears. Replaced the actuator again along with the cam clutch and capacitor. Tested operation after the repair. Advised the customer that if the abnormal noise or shifting issue returns, to record a video of the problem. If the issue occurs again, the remaining likely repair would be a complete tub job.
