Repair Summary
Checked washer for going off balance during operation. Ran diagnostics and found a stored off-balance error code. Inspected the suspension system and found the suspension rods were defective. Pressed down on the agitator and verified excessive bouncing of the basket, confirming the suspension rods were no longer properly controlling tub movement. Replaced the suspension rods and calibrated the washer. Ran an automatic test cycle and verified the washer filled, washed, drained, and completed the spin cycle properly. Checked for leaks and found none. Unit checks normal at this time.
