Repair Summary
Checked washer for going off balance during operation. Upon inspection, found the suspension assemblies had failed and were no longer providing proper tension. Uploaded before-and-after videos documenting the failed suspension and proper tension after the repair. Replaced the suspension assemblies, ran calibration mode, and completed diagnostics. Washer passed all tests and is operating properly. Unit checks normal at this time.
