Repair Summary
Checked washer for going off balance on every load. Entered diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Inspected the suspension system and found excessive tub movement and bouncing, confirming the suspension rods were defective. Replaced the suspension rods and calibrated the washer. Ran a complete test cycle and verified the washer filled, washed, drained, and spun properly. Inspected the gearcase and found it clean with no signs of oil leakage, and confirmed no water leaks were present after testing. Unit checks normal at this time.
