Midea Dishwasher - No Power

Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for no power. Upon inspection, found the dishwasher was not level, which was making it difficult for the customer to push the upper rack back properly. Leveled the dishwasher and verified the upper rack now slides correctly. Continued diagnosing the no-power concern and found the dishwasher was not receiving proper voltage from the outlet. Inspected the outlet under the sink and found it burned, which also damaged the dishwasher power cord. Advised the customer that the outlet and power cord are external/accessory items and are not covered under the appliance warranty. Customer will need to have the damaged outlet replaced and purchase a new power cord. Temporarily connected the dishwasher to the disposal-side outlet and confirmed the dishwasher powers on and operates; however, advised the customer that the unit may shut off or have additional power issues due to the damaged power cord and should not be considered fully corrected until the outlet and cord are replaced.
