Repair Summary

Checked dishwasher for a scratched control panel and damage to the front door. Samsung had already authorized and approved replacement of the damaged components. Replaced the door assembly and transferred all necessary components to the new door. Inspected the replacement and verified there are no dents, scratches, or blemishes. Ran a HASS service diagnostic report and checked all components. Verified the dishwasher fills, circulates, drains, and heats properly with no error codes or leaks found. Customer stated the builder of the new home had performed an acid wash on the flooring in an attempt to correct a flooring issue, and the acid treatment caused damage to the stainless steel appliances. Unit checks normal at this time.
