Repair Summary

Checked dishwasher for not cleaning and drying dishes properly. Customer stated some dishes require additional wiping due to remaining moisture and some plates are not coming out completely clean. Replaced the wash motor/pump assembly and drain pump. Tested operation and verified the dishwasher is now washing and circulating properly. Tested the heating element and confirmed it is functioning properly; uploaded a picture documenting the heater test. Educated the customer that this dishwasher has a plastic tub and will not retain heat or dry as effectively as a stainless-steel tub, so some items may still have residual moisture at the end of the cycle. Customer is properly using rinse aid and liquid detergent. Unit checks normal at this time.
