Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for not cleaning dishes properly. Customer stated residue was being left on the bottom of the dishwasher and dishes were not coming out clean. Replaced the wash sump motor assembly and water inlet valve. Tested operation and checked for leaks; unit is operating properly with no leaks found. Educated the customer on using rinse aid and recommended using High Temperature Wash with Sanitize for improved cleaning performance. Customer stated they do not want to use cycles that take approximately three hours to complete. Explained that longer cycle times and the recommended settings are necessary for optimal cleaning and drying performance. Unit checks normal at this time.
