Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for not draining and making a rattling noise. Upon inspection, removed the drain pump and found two rubber pads from a cutting board lodged inside the pump, preventing proper operation and causing the noise. Removed both foreign objects, reassembled the dishwasher, and ran a HASS diagnostic test. Verified the dishwasher is now draining properly with no abnormal noises, error codes, or leaks present. Unit checks normal at this time.
