Repair Summary

Checked dishwasher for not drying dishes. Samsung authorized part replacement following the initial service visit after an infestation was found on the electronic control board, which may have been interfering with the heating circuit. Verified the unit is pulling proper amperage and tested the heating element at approximately 12 ohms, which is within specification. Reviewed with the customer which cycles utilize Heated Dry and which cycles do not. Left the dishwasher running through a cycle to verify operation. Educated the customer that this unit has a plastic tub and requires rinse aid for adequate drying performance. Customer understood. Other than that, unit checks normal at this time.
