Repair Summary

Checked dryer for excessive noise. Tested operation and verified the noise concern. Disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel broken (see pictures). Also found significant lint buildup inside the filter housing. Replaced the blower housing assembly and thoroughly cleaned the filter housing. Tested operation and verified the dryer is now running with normal operating noise (see before-and-after video). Attempted to run HASS diagnostics but received a C80 airflow restriction error, indicating the external vent is approximately 80% restricted. Recommended that the customer have the dryer vent professionally cleaned as soon as possible to ensure proper airflow and drying performance.
