Repair Summary
Checked dryer for a loud noise during operation. Upon arrival, started a cycle and immediately heard a loud rumbling noise. Disassembled the front of the dryer and found a large ball of lint lodged inside the blower wheel, causing the abnormal noise. Removed the lint buildup and inspected all drum rollers, which were in good condition with no damage found. Reassembled and tested the dryer. Ran HASS diagnostics and verified all tests passed with no error codes or additional issues found. Advised the customer to have the dryer ventilation professionally cleaned to prevent excessive lint buildup and maintain proper airflow. Unit checks normal at this time.
