Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the AutoFill pitcher intermittently not filling. Upon inspection, found slow water pressure and the AutoFill pitcher not operating properly. Replaced the AutoFill pitcher and tested operation. The pitcher began filling but would only fill approximately halfway due to the low water flow. Removed the water filter and noticed the water pressure increased, indicating the filter or filter housing could be restricting flow. Customer replaced the water filter with a new one and water flow was restored to normal. Advised that if the low-flow condition returns, the filter housing may need replacement. Unit checks normal at this time.
