Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the AutoFill pitcher not working. Connected HASS and ran diagnostics, with no error codes found and all tests passing. Inspected the AutoFill pitcher settings and found the AutoFill function was turned off. Enabled the AutoFill setting and verified the pitcher filled properly. Tested the remaining refrigerator functions, including the water dispenser, and confirmed proper operation. Educated the customer on how the AutoFill pitcher operates and advised keeping the pitcher and surrounding area dry before reinstalling it in the refrigerator. Unit is operating according to manufacturer specifications.
