Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the Family Hub screen not responding and the fresh food section not cooling properly. Verified the screen is not responding and will require replacement. Inspected the cooling system and found the fresh food evaporator fan not operating along with water accumulating underneath the crisper drawers. The refrigerator will require a new Family Hub screen, evaporator cover assembly, and crisper leak repair kit. Due to the extent and cost of the required repairs, the customer elected to replace the refrigerator rather than proceed with repairs.
