Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the freezer door being difficult to open. Upon inspection, found the freezer drawer rails damaged with ball bearings coming out. The rails were also beginning to rust and producing black residue. Ordered replacement rails to correct the issue. Returned and installed the new freezer rails. Tested operation and verified the freezer drawer now opens and closes smoothly, with the customer also noting a significant improvement. Cleaned the black residue from the rail guides inside the freezer. Unit checks normal at this time.
