Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for ice buildup in the fresh food section and the ice maker not working. Upon inspection, found the ice maker frozen at the rear and confirmed it is the original ice maker and has never been replaced or updated. Further inspection found a defrost system issue in the fresh food section. Refrigerator will require an updated ice maker kit, defrost sensor, water leak kit, and evaporator cover to complete the necessary repairs. Parts will be required to proceed with the repair.
