Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the Ice Ball Maker not working. Upon inspection, found an error code related to the ice maker. Ran the HASS Weak Cooling Test and found a high door-open count, which is contributing to the frost buildup inside the freezer. Used the HASS Quick Fix Frost option to adjust the refrigerator settings to help reduce frost accumulation. Educated the customer that some frost can occur due to frequent door openings and warm, humid air entering the freezer. Replaced the Ice Ball Maker and forced it through a cycle. Verified it cycled properly and filled with water with no leaks. Unit checks normal at this time.
