Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the freezer ice maker leaking. Upon inspection, found the silicone ice mold was not sealing properly, allowing water to leak from the ice maker. This condition also caused ice maker-related error codes. Replaced the faulty ice maker and forced it through a cycle. Verified it cycled and filled with water properly with no leaks. Ran HASS diagnostics and confirmed all tests passed. Verified freezer temperatures are cold enough for proper ice production and water pressure is good. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production to resume. Unit checks normal at this time.
