Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for intermittent no-cooling. Connected diagnostic equipment and found a stored error code related to a locked compressor. Diagnosed the compressor as defective and ordered a new compressor, filter drier kit, and required Lokring connections. Installed the new compressor and sealed-system components, pressure tested the system, and verified the pressure test passed with no leaks detected. Evacuated the sealed system to a proper vacuum and completed the repair. Uploaded pictures and videos documenting the repair and testing. Advised the customer to monitor the refrigerator for proper cooling and operation. Unit checks normal at this time.
