Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, found the unit unplugged. Restored power and verified the compressor and condenser fan started; however, the freezer evaporator fan did not run and a 21C error code immediately appeared, indicating a freezer fan failure. Verified proper voltage was being supplied to the fan. Replaced the freezer evaporator cover assembly and fan. During the repair, a good, even frost pattern developed across the evaporator coil, confirming there was no sealed-system issue. Verified proper airflow from the freezer into the fresh food section and set temperatures accordingly. Ran a HASS service diagnostic report and confirmed no additional error codes or component failures. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the refrigerator to reach proper cooling temperatures. Unit checks normal at this time.
