Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, found the compressor and fans running; however, the cabinet temperature was approximately 76°F. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report with no error codes present. Inspected the compressor area and found an active roach infestation, including roaches around the condenser, compressor, and main control board. Due to the infestation, the refrigerator is not eligible for factory warranty repair. Additionally, the condition presents a health and sanitation concern, so we are unable to perform repairs on the unit. As a courtesy to the customer, the service visit fee was waived.
