Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, found an active 21C error code indicating a freezer evaporator fan motor error. Replaced the evaporator cover assembly and tested operation. Verified the freezer fan is now operating properly and the 21C error code has cleared. Advised the customer to monitor the refrigerator for 24 hours to allow temperatures to stabilize and for normal ice production to resume. Unit checks normal at this time.
