Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, found significant ice buildup around the outside of the freezer evaporator cover. Checked for error codes and found a 21C error indicating a freezer evaporator fan motor failure. Replaced the evaporator cover assembly and cleaned the ice and moisture from the freezer compartment. Ran HASS diagnostics. The Weak Cooling Test failed; however, the Overall Check passed. Inspected the sealed-system area and found no oil residue at the usual leak points. All components are operating properly at this time. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize.
