Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, found the compressor in a locked-rotor condition. Also found the condenser extremely dirty, which can restrict airflow and cause the compressor to overheat and potentially fail. Additionally, found the mullion heater needs replacement. Customer was advised that only the compressor is covered under warranty and that an estimate will be provided for the additional parts and labor required. Due to limited space and no room for another Lokring connection, the sealed-system repair will require brazing. Will contact the customer with an estimate for the compressor repair and mullion heater replacement. Customer declined repair.
