Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for weak cooling. Upon arrival, found the freezer temperature hovering around 21°F. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed no error codes. Verified the compressor and all fans were operating properly. Inspected the compressor and sealed-system area and found no traces of oil. Bubble tested all accessible connections and found no bubbles or visible refrigerant leaks. Based on the cooling performance and current findings, the unit may have a sealed-system restriction or an internal refrigerant leak within the cabinet that is not externally accessible. Will proceed with a sealed-system repair and pressure test to further diagnose the issue. Ordering necessary parts.
