Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for a 21C error code and no cooling. Upon inspection, found the freezer evaporator fan motor had failed. Replaced the freezer evaporator cover assembly, which includes the evaporator fan motor. Tested operation and verified the fan is now running properly and the refrigerator is operating normally. Unit checks normal at this time.
