Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report. The Weak Cooling Test confirmed temperatures were higher than normal, with no error codes present. Inspected the compressor and sealed-system area and found significant sulfur-related damage. Showed the customer the affected areas and documented the findings with Tech Support. After reviewing the condition, Tech Support authorized the sealed-system repair under warranty. Ordering the necessary sealed-system components to complete the repair.
